如何挑选合适的伺服阀
液压新人求助{:10_206:}{:10_206:}{:10_206:}在基础的液压计算里面,理论的流量可以很快计算出来,知道了流量以后,怎么选择合适的伺服阀呢?伺服阀的频响和相位,还有幅值,需要参考什么判断,所选的阀是可以用来完成控制的?选伺服阀还要知道系统工作点的压差,执行机构当时的加速度,施加的力等。 首先必须选择合适的气缸直径,因为这将决定气门尺寸。运动轨迹也必须是已知的。如果已知最大速度,则可以使用VCCM方程计算流量常数。从流量常数开始,每单位平均压力下降的单位为升/分钟。对于两个嘴,伺服阀的压降通常为70巴,对于一个嘴,压力降为35巴。

咨询个问题,现在有个系统,使用频率很低,2HZ, 负载质量很小,计算油缸及负载固有频率很高,约200HZ, 请教这时选多大频率的伺服阀好?选高频和低频对控制有什么影响?
另外一个问题:当伺服阀频率接近系统频率时,喷嘴挡板伺服阀模型可以看做二阶振荡环节,
请教在这种情况下,类似DDV那种电磁直动式伺服阀是否也可以当做二阶振荡环节?
