[*]工作条件:海水长期浸没;
[*]工作水深:6-200米;
[*]工作温度:0-40℃;



[*]结构形式要求

[*]数量:2台;
[*]驱动方式:轴向柱塞马达驱动;
[*]工作方式:非接触式喷冲式排泥;
[*]泵水形式:轴流式叶轮;叶轮直径:1200mm;



[*]性能要求

[*]工作寿命:10000小时;
[*]最大流速:不小于10m/s;
[*]最大流量:不小于8m3/s;
[*]排泥效率:不小于1600m3/h;



[*]材质和密封要求液压马达及轴流式叶轮将长期浸没在要求的工作海水水深范围内,泵体材质应选用不锈钢316L或更高等级耐海水腐蚀的材料,并同时确保液压马达、软管、轴封、包括泄油油路在内的液压油路、分流阀密封良好,不会出现渗漏液压油或渗进海水。

[*]工作压力:25-30MPa;
[*]工作转速:490-525rpm;
[*]输出扭矩:大于5700N·m;
[*]轴向力:大于4000kg;
[*]径向力:大于300kg;



一、结构要求
1、液压马达是个独立的元件,可以整体安装到轴流泵导叶体芯管内,马达最大外径不能超过340mm(导叶体见附图)。
2、液压马达驱动油管接口在尾端,不得在马达侧壁上。
3、轴流泵叶轮可以直接固定安装在液压马达轴上。
4、液压马达能承受轴流泵4249kg的最大轴向力, 300kg径向力。

你这个是个什么东西?光靠元件本身有时候是很难满足使用要求的,为何不尝试把你的马达拆分为一个系统

依靠单一泵/马达控制不容易,需要结合阀控共同作用实现的。
