摘要:
为了提高起重机回转动作的微动性、平稳性、响应速度和定位精度,提出将数字液压技术应用于起重机回转系统。基于数字液压技术,设计了一种起重机数字液压回转系统,介绍了数字液压回转系统的结构和工作原理,建立了数字液压回转系统的数学模型,在某型号起重机上安装了数字液压回转系统并与原有液压回转系统进行对比试验。试验结果表明:相较于起重机的原有液压回转系统而言,数字液压回转系统的最低稳定速度要更低、更平稳,微动性更好;数字液压回转系统在高速启动时更平稳,最高稳定速度更高;数字液压回转系统的回转动作响应时间大幅缩减,系统响应更快速;数字液压回转系统具备精确位置控制功能,具有很高的重复定位精度。同时,数字液压回转系统在起重机上凸显的巨大优势为推广数字液压技术在工程机械中的应用提供了实际参考价值。
Abstract:
In order to improve the micromotion, stability, response speed and positioning accuracy of crane slewing motion, digital hydraulic technology is applied to the slewing system of the crane. Based on digital hydraulic technology, a digital hydraulic slewing system of crane is designed. The structure and working principle of the digital hydraulic slewing system are introduced. The mathematical model of the digital hydraulic slewing system is established. A digital hydraulic slewing system is installed on a certain type of crane and compared with the original hydraulic slewing system. The experiment results show that compared with the original hydraulic slewing system of the crane, the minimum stable speed of the digital hydraulic slewing system is lower and more stable, and the micro-motion is better. The digital hydraulic slewing system is more stable when starting at high speed, and the maximum stable speed is higher. The response time of the digital hydraulic slewing system is greatly reduced, and the system response is faster. The digital hydraulic slewing system has the function of precise position control, and it has high repeated positioning accuracy. At the same time, the huge advantages of digital hydraulic slewing system in cranes provide practical reference value for the promotion of the application of digital hydraulic technology in construction machinery.
