Delta运动控制算法不止一种。 不同的应用程序需要不同的算法才能获得最佳结果。 经过多年的学习。 编写PID很简单,但这还不够。 液压系统比电动机系统更难控制。 必须知道电动机控制和液压伺服控制之间的区别。
当运动频率较低时,伺服泵的控制效果很好,并且不需要精确定位。 伺服泵只能供油并控制一个执行器。 通常不需要油,而直接使用伺服电机即可。
There are more than one Delta motion control algorithms. Different applications require different algorithms for best results. It took years of learning. Writing a PID is simple but that is not enough. Hydraulic systems are harder to control well than motor systems. One must know the difference between motor control and hydraulic servo control.
Servo pump control is good when the frequency of motion is low, and positioning does not need to be precise. A servo pump can only supply oil and control one actuator. Often there is not a need for the oil and simply using the servo motor directly.
