液压胶管的弹性模量

各位前辈,想请教个问题,在液压伺服系统中,伺服阀油缸之间,一般是直接连接的,但现在我遇到一种情况,就是伺服阀和油缸之间必须用液压胶管连接,大概有五六米的样子,请问如何定量地分析出这段液压软管对整个系统的影响?如果在AMESim软件中进行仿真,那么这个软管的弹性模量,一般取多大的值合适?请前辈们指导指导,万分感谢!

对于软管制造商来说,这是一个很好的问题。软管的液压电容根据制造商的质量和软管中的导线数量变化很大。软管制造商应具有软管长度或软管中的油量的液压电容值。

我在贸易展览会上对此抱怨很多。到目前为止,我从来没有足够让软管制造商感到尴尬。软管制造商不在乎。软管电容越低,软管传输的噪音就越大。

This is a good question for the hose manufacturer. The hydraulic capacitance of hose varies a lot depending on the manufacturer’s quality and number wires in the hose. The hose manufacturer should have a value for the hydraulic capacitance for a length of hose or volume of oil in the hose.

I complain about this a lot at trade shows.  So far, I have never been able to embarrass a hose manufacturer enough.  The hose manufacturers do not care.  The lower the hose capacitance, the more the hose transmits noise.

For motion controller we want hose with a lower capacitance so transmits more noise.

This is a worldwide problem. A hose manufacturer that can make hose with a guaranteed low hydraulic capacitance would have a big advantage over other hose manufacturers.

I have thought about this a lot because it reduces the natural frequency of the hydraulic cylinder and load.  Also, the pressure changes caused by the valve opening and closing will take about 1 millisecond to travel each 1.5 meters of hose between the valve to the piston.  The higher capacitance and delay adversely affect motion control.
