There is no way to calculate the synchronization accuracy. It depends on the quality of the components and how fast the motion must be.
Synchronizing two cylinders with different diameters is not hard but it requires position feedback with linear valves and a motion controller. 0.01m synchronization is easy if the natural frequency of the cylinder and load is much higher than the frequency of acceleration.
