"有一种说法,除了在大功率领域以外,电液伺服在位置和速度控制领域,没有伺服电机有竞争力,,但是电液伺服在力控领域有优势。"
Who says that? It depends on the application.
Electric motors have an advantage when the loads are small and the motion is continuous.
Hydraulic servo control is better for bigger loads and when the duty cycle is low. One cheap pump can supply oil to many cylinders. A accumulator can be used to store energy
Delta RMCs can controler servo motors too. We can provide the same control to both servo motors and hydraulic cylinders.
"液压缸是两个弹簧之间质量块,"
True
"具有非线性,不易控制,"
Why do you think hydraulics is non-linear? Use linear servo valves.
"既然不易控制,是不是精度就不会比伺服电机高,"
This is not correct. We can control hydraulic cylinders with micron accuracy. I have shown videos. Both servo motors and hydraulic cylinders are limited by the resolution of the feedback.
Controlling a mass between two springs is harder to control than a servo motor but the Delta RMC has special algorithms for controlling hydraulic servo systems.
Servo cylinders do not suffer from backlash.
"那么为什么说电液伺服在力控领域比伺服电机有优势?优势体现在哪些方面?"
Electric motors do not create force directly. Electric motors create torque that must be converted to force using a ball screw. Another problem is that creating torque requires current. Electric motors are not very efficient for holding force because holding force requires a constant current. Hydraulic cylinders will hold force as long as there is no leakage. If there is a little leakage, it doesn’t take much oil to maintain force.
