有个问题咨询下Peter先生,我们现场原来有一套压力补偿泵450L/min的泵站,通过70米长的地槽硬管管路,接到一只缸径80mm的伺服油缸,伺服油缸上面装有G761;伺服缸是可以定位,然后静力加载。
但是,现在450L/min的泵站由于比较大,换成了120L/min压力补偿泵站,硬管距离是80米,发现伺服油缸最基本的动作-定位都不能做,在定位点来回振荡,请问有何种方法可以解决,加比较大的蓄能器是否可行?
Mr. Peter ,I have a question for consultation. We used to have a 450L/min pump station with a pressure compensation pump.Oil go through a 70-meter-long groove piping line, then it was connected to a servo cylinder with a diameter of 80 mm. The servo cylinder is equipped with a G761 servo valve. The servo cylinder can be positioned and then loaded statically.
But now 450L/min pumping station has been replaced by 120L/min pressure compensating pumping station because of its large size. The distance between station and cylinder is 80 meters. It is found that the most basic action-positioning of servo cylinder can not be done. It oscillates back and forth at the positioning point. What method can be used to solve this problem? Is it feasible to add a larger accumulator at the cylinder? |
