您当前的系统设计不正确。没有希望控制它。
阀门和活塞之间5米太多!!!!
压力或力控制必须以非常高的频率响应才能实现良好的控制。液压缸上的力环就像伺服电机中的扭矩环。扭矩环必须很快。速度环可能稍慢。这是因为扭矩或力会导致加速。加速导致速度和速度引导位置。
油中声音或压力波的速度约为1.5米/秒。因此阀门和活塞之间至少有3毫秒的延迟。此外,阀门和活塞之间的软管将降低固有频率并吸收压力变化。用钢管更换软管,使管道尽可能短。最好将阀门安装在气缸上或尽可能靠近气缸。

Pressure or force control must be done with a very high frequency fresponse for good control. The force loop on a hydraulic cylinder is like the torque loop in a servo motor. The torque loop must be fast. The velocity loop may be a little slower. This is because torque or force cause acceleration. Acceleration leads velocity and velocity leads position.
The speed of sound or pressure waves in oil is about 1.5 m/s. So there is atleast 3 ms delay between the valve and the piston. Also, the hose between the valve and the piston will reduce the natural frequency and absorb pressure changes. Replace the hose with steel pipe and make the pipe as short as possible. It is best if the valve is mounted on the cylinder or as close as possible.
Finally, updating every 100ms is far too slow. The minimum update rate should be every 1 ms.
I have used Atos servo valves to precisely control force before on a press. You should provide the model number. If the Atos valve has a zero over lapped valve spool it should be good but provide the model number.
