Do not confuse the open loop gain of the actuator and the valve. The open loop gain for the actuator depends a lot on the system pressure. This is why the system pressure should be kept constant using accumulators.
I have a 0 811 404 803 I use for making videos. My hydraulic actuator will move over 1 m/s if I increase the system pressure. My hydraulic cylinder diameter is only 50mm and the rod diamter is about 38mm.
Notice that there is a difference in the bandwidth depending on the frequency. I talked to a Bosch-Rexroth Phd engineer about this. He said it is due to limited spool speed. I always use the +/- 90% for calculations.
Peter, hello, through your sharing, I have a great interest and curiosity about this kind of control concept. Can you provide python code with speed feed forward?
