I don't know how to proceed.
I said in #4 above this topic is difficult to understand.
I agree with #11 above that force causes motion, not flow.
There can be only one correct view.
The professors should conceed that velocity=flow/area is wrong before continuing.
There are 3 reasons velocity=flow/area is wrong
1. v=Q/A assumes oil is incompressible.
2. v=Q/A does not show how the actuator accelerates or decelerates.
3. v=Q/A does not show how pressure changes.
My simulation shows how pressure and force change during motion. I show complete understanding. The only thing I don't show is the time it takes for pressure waves to hit the piston. This delay is about 1.5ms/m.
PI and PID are almost the same.
P or PD control is better than PI or PID for short moves. PI and PID add and extra pole that slows response but they extend bandwidth for normal motion moves.
Everything changes if feed forwards are used.
Following errors can be greatly reduced with feed forwards.
Pen 先生,我们继续讨论根本的问题。Let's go on to discuss the fundmental problem.
若是#12方块图包含了流体的可压缩性,它是正确的吗?Mr. Pen, if the #12 block diagram contains the compressibility of the fluid, is it correct?
