步进缸不是新技术。步进缸技术已有40年的历史了。上面已经说过了。
步进缸确实需要数字步进,但是内部机制仍然是模拟的。
步进缸仅具有比例控制。这限制了响应。
一旦设计了系统,就无法放置闭环极点来增加响应。为了获得更好的响应,必须增大阻尼系数或增大气缸直径。与正确设计的传统伺服系统相比,这两种选择都需要更多的能量。
在某些性能较低的应用中,步进缸就足够了。
杨世祥和杨涛依靠中国人民的无知来销售他们的产品。
真正的问题是控制算法。杨世祥和杨涛没有解决这个问题。

Stepper cylinders are not new technology. Stepper cylinder technology is 40 years old. This was said above.
The stepper cylinders do require digital steps but the internal mechanism is still analog.
The stepper cylinder has only proportional control. This limits the response.
There is no way to place the closed loop poles to increase the response once the system is designed. To get a better response one must either increase the damping factor or increase the diameter of the cylinder. Both options require more energy than a properly designed traditional servo system.
There are some low performance applications where the stepper cylinder is adequate.
Yang Shi Xiang and Yang Tao rely on the ignorance of the Chinese people to sell their products.
The real problem is the control algorithms. Yang Shi Xiang and Yang Tao do not address this problem.
