1、大专以上学历，机械制造相关专业，2年以上机械行业质量管理经验，熟悉PPAP 以及 ISO 9001:2008和 ISO/TS 16949:2009质量体系；2、要有基本的英语口头交流能力，能熟练的用英文编写质量方面的邮件。 |
| 工作职责: |
1、The QE is responsible for working with suppliers to assess their production part readiness; measure, evaluate, analyze and improve Supplier’s quality performance and ensure robust Supplier Corrective Action Responses. This role is responsible for supplier PPAP Submissions (Production Part Approval Processes), SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) and Supplier Quality Audits to develop the supply base to meet or exceed TriMark requirements.
2、The QE is expected to be (after further training if necessary) an expert in PPAP submission requirements, especially DFMEA, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, Dimensional Layouts, Measurement Systems Analysis, PPCN (The incumbent will facilitate PPAP resubmissions subsequent to PPCN approval ) and Material Certifications.
3、The QE must be competent with measuring equipment both standard and CMM.
4、The QE will review and approve or reject Supplier Corrective Action Responses (SCARs) per TriMark’s request. Communicating with the supply base to incorporate robust corrective actions to prevent repeat occurrences of non-conformances is of utmost importance.The incumbent must work with a sense of urgency to ensure suppliers are informed about instances of non¬conforming supplied product for MRB’s that TriMark does not seek more formal corrective action.
5、The QE will be required to visit suppliers to audit, monitor processes for compliance and advise of required standards.
6、The Quality Engineer must have a complete and thorough understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 standards and promote this knowledge in dealings with suppliers.
7、The QE will be expected to contribute on quality matters during meetings and investigative work at the TMX site。 |
