Baden-Wuerttemberg International (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. is currently looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for Tool Systems. The candidate will work for a German client of ours which produces a wide range of tools for cylindrical machining processes. The position will be based in Nanjing and the candidate will be part of our so-called company pool. It’s a team of Chinese specialists who each represent a different company from the German Southwest to help these companies establish their business in China. Our employees all work in the same office and benefit from the great team atmosphere as well as our professional structure and work environment.

巴符州经济与科技合作（南京）有限公司正在招募一名工具系统技术销售工程师。该公司为一家生产各种汽缸加工工具的德国企业。该岗位工作地点为南京，在巴符州南京代表处的“公司集合体”框架下办公。“公司集合体”由一群不同领域的专业人士组成，每个人分别担任一家德国西南部巴符州企业的客户代表，帮助其在中国发展业务。

Responsibilities:
-    Acquisition of customers and customer care
-    Extension of dealer network
-    Technical first-time operation
-    Pre and after sales service
-    Market research and analysis of the tool system business
-    Adaption of marketing material to Chinese language: e.g. print material, homepage etc.

主要工作内容：
- 获取和维护客户
- 扩展经销商网络
- 现场技术操作
- 售前与售后服务
- 对工具系统业务的市场调研和分析
- 将营销材料（如宣传册、网页等）翻译成中文

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in machine or manufacturing engineering
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience with products in need of explanation (B2B)
- Profound technical understanding and knowledge of metal parts finishing, machine
and precision tools
- Good knowledge of automobile industry, machine construction, fittings or similar
- Knowledge of CNC programming or CAD would be helpful
- Being familiar with Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge in spoken and written English is a must
- German language skills are beneficial
- Self-confident performance
- Intercultural competence
- Frequent business travel required
