1. Education
Minimum College degree or above, majored in machinery designing, manufacturing, engineering，marketing and other relevant major field.
2. Training
Trained in 6-sigma, lean manufacturing, negotiating, communicating and ISO9001:2002, QS 9000, TS16949 etc.
3. Experiences
Minimum 5ys in machinery manufacturing industry; minimum 2ys in senior management position.
4. Be very skilled in computer；
5. High-level English skills in hearing,spoken, writing and reading，
6. Honest, creative and practical，Communicative, coordinative, cooperative and strong team work spirit. |
| 工作职责: |
1.Plan, develop and execute sales strategies to successfully target and manage key accounts and create/grow domestic accounts to advance customer relationships and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
2.Develop, publish, agree and implement the plans to establish the manufacturing operation in China hitting all agreed targets set for sales and profitability.
3.Complete financial planning and management know-how to meet or exceed planned revenues/profits in support of corporate financial objectives.
4.Frequently communicate with Corporate to ensure timely and accurate information is shared regarding all aspects of the business. Provide regular reports on XXX(Instead of the true name of the company) Xuzhou activities to XXX Corporation’s Executive Management and manage the relationship with any partner organization as agreed with the XXX Corporation’s Executive Management.
5.Aggressively seek new business from some current and mostly potential new customers and continually communicate with XXX Corporate regarding new product ideas, market requirements, competitive information, special offers, product acceptance or rejection to stimulate interest and increase sales. Respond immediately to customer needs and strive to clear obstacles to accomplish sales of products.
6.Work with global sourcing to identify and qualify a supply base for components and services including the purchasing of parts sourced in China by XXX Corporation and XXX Europe.
7.Work with XXX Xuzhou staff in achieving APQP standards of work in conjunction with proper and timely PPAP approvals as are required by customers.
8.Develop training programs for staff where appropriate and provide technical backup to the other direct reports on the team. Ensure that all computer systems and networks are maintained in good working order to ensure the integrity and security of all data held.
9.Responsible to perform his or her job functions in a manner that supports XXX 's mission, vision and values in order for the company to attain its strategic and growth goals. |
