有一个薄板冲孔机液压系统油缸垂直安装,活塞杆向下伸出时冲孔,缸径150mm,杆径125mm,
冲孔+回程算一次,行程25mm的时候75次/分,折合每次时间0.8s
如果采用比例阀控制的话,0.8s中电气时间应该按多少算?
扣除电气时间后,冲孔下行和回程的时间该如何从0.8s中分配?
这么频繁,阀吃得消不?
如果没有差动,冲孔下行0.62S,回程0.18S;如果有差动,冲孔下行0.56S,回程0.24S 没注意看,电气运算时间还没扣除 需要更多信息。
在0.8秒内上下移动25mm很容易。
假设下降0.4秒和上升0.4秒。
假设有1/3的时间在加速
假设时间恒定速度的1/3
假设1/3的时间在减速
速度= 93.75mm / s
平均加减速= 703.125 mm / s ^ 2

There is no need to retract 25mm for thin sheets.How far must the punch retract to make the next punch. How far must the punch go through the metal?
Thicker metal should be able to punch 75 times/min.Thinner sheet should be able to punch more often.

It's good enough for the punch going throughthe metal, and there is no requirement for distance.
You're right, if the metal is thinner, and the punch can go faster.
The mass of piston/rod/mould is 30kg, the whole stroke of the cylinder is 150mm
And what more information you need?
