Servo valves can be used to control pressure but usually servo valves control position or force.
There are only a few applications where pressure needs to be controlled.
I use the same servo valve to control position or force. There is no special pressure servo valve. However, Bosch does have a special Q2 spool that is used to control position and pressure for injection molding machines, but this special valve is not suitable for normal control of position or force in a machine press.
This is the formula for control pressure. You should know calculus.

Β is the bulk modulus of oil
Q(t) is the flow at time t
v(t) is the velocity at time t
