液压缸最低运行的速度能达到多少,限制因数是什么?是伺服阀的分辨率,还是液压缸摩擦力,或者是传感器分辨率,能否小于0.001微米/秒?
有两个限制因素。

There are two limiting factors.
1.feedback resolution.
2. static friction
It is possible to move 1 micron in 1 second but that doesn’t mean the velocity is a constant 1 micron per second for the whole second. There must be a way to control the velocity in all the milliseconds during the 1 second.This is impossible with out feedback that updates every millisecond.
This is the same argument I made against the stepper cylinder.It is possible to move 5 microns in 500 milliseconds but that doesn’t mean the motion is a constant 10 microns per second.
I don’t understand the interesting in moving microns.The machines can not be built to that tolerance. The dimensions will change with temperature and stress.
