看来是不用闭环下，还可以到达的最高稳定速度和加速度，超过了，停下来時会产生震盪。

执行器是否会振荡取决于开环极点位置。 如果开环极点位置是虚数，则执行器会发生振荡。 如果开环极点位于s平面的负实轴上，则开环致动器不会振荡。
Whether the actuator will oscillate or not depends on the open loop pole locations.If the open loop pole locations are imaginary numbers the actuator will oscilate.   If the open loop poles are on the negative real axis in the s-plane the open loop actuator will not oscillate.
